Meet Diana

"I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Life Coach practicing in Denver, Colorado. My primary modality is contemplative psychotherapy and my approach is rooted in a combination of Buddhist and Western psychology. I specialize in psychotherapy supporting adults with narcissistic abuse recovery. This is my second career; I previously studied economics and had a successful career in management consulting.

Clinical focus:
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, Anxiety Treatment, Grief Counseling

Why did you choose to become a therapist?
"I’m interested in narcissistic abuse recovery because of my own personal experience growing up with narcissistic parents. I’ve been through the recovery process myself. While I don’t believe in 100% recovery from any kind of trauma, I am certain that life can be different! Today I experience more peace, contentment and joy than ever before, and it’s a sustainable, long-term kind of change."

What is your favorite things about Colorado?
Sunshine!

What is your favorite go-to for self care?
Solitude

What would you like people to know about going to therapy?
The most important thing is to find someone you feel comfortable with and drawn to. When it's the right fit, therapy can change your life.
